Yoga is not mere physical exercise but an ancient science and practices to know the mind and its modifications, master it and transform one's own body-breath-mind (thoughts, emotions, actions, words) from being the wall that prevents oneself from his/her true inner Self to the means of Self-realization 'Samadhi', the ultimate goal of life.
Yoga Meditation 'Dhyana' is a vast, complete, personal, direct and practical system taught by the great ancient Yogis and Rishis of the Himalayas since time immemorial in a Guru-disciple Tradition, leading to the personal experience of the real Self, viz. the Absolute Self: Consciousness, Existence, Happiness Itself, beyond all limitations due to body-mind; time and space; Free, Fearless.
The Tradition of Yoga & Meditation of the Himalayan Masters includes hundreds of methods, at all levels and interconnected, for any sincere spiritual seeker to learn and practice the Yoga Science and experience its direct results.
That traditional knowledge and practices can be imparted only under the right guidance of a Guide who him/herself has undergone the studies, practices, disciplines and purifications necessary to qualify as a competent Guide.
An accomplished Guide initiated in the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga & Meditation knows exactly which path is suitable for an aspirant according to his/her state of mind.
This is the reason of Swami Rama Dhyana Gurukulam 'Guru's family', where the purest knowledge and practices of the Tradition of Yoga & Meditation of the Himalayan Masters are taught for the sincere spiritual seekers of the modern world, beyond religions, cultures, ages, genders or previous studies, practices and experiences.
